Suspension or termination
Puru.link reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate your access to the site at any time without notice if it suspects violation of the terms of use or illicit activity from your account. Puru.link also reserves the right to require you to change your login name if it judges it to be of indecent nature.
Terms of service: device pickup and return
Devices that are updated and ready for pickup but not collected within 30 days may be recycled to reclaim space and manage expenses. If the device owner decides to pick up the device after this period, a congestion fee of $7 per day may apply. This fee must be agreed upon through email or message exchange. After agreed hold periods, congestion fees may increase as outlined in your service agreement.
Changes to site and terms
Puru.link reserves the right to discontinue, delete, and change the content or purposes of this site from time to time. Puru.link also reserves the right to change the Terms of Use by posting the revised policy on this site. Your continued use of this site following the posting of changes to these terms will mean you accept those changes.
Use of this site
Harassment in any manner or form on this site, including via e-mail and chat or by obscene or abusive language, is strictly forbidden. Impersonation of others, including Puru.link or other licensed employees, hosts, or representatives, as well as other members or visitors on the site, is prohibited. You may not upload, distribute, or otherwise publish through the site any content which is libelous, defamatory, obscene, threatening, invasive of privacy or publicity rights, abusive, illegal, or otherwise objectionable, which may constitute or encourage a criminal offense, violate the rights of any party, or which may otherwise give rise to liability or violate any law.
Participation disclaimer
Puru.link does not and cannot review all communications and materials posted to or created by users accessing the site and is not in any manner responsible for the content of these communications and materials.
